The Shipment of Your Package
Orders will be processed within 2 days of confirmation. The goods will be shipped with the chosen courier at the time of the order. The Goods, even if shipped carriage paid, with transport charged on the invoice, always travel at the customer's risk. Only upon explicit written request of the customer, the goods can be insured, charging the related costs. In the event that the goods were shipped freight collect, always upon written indication of the customer, the risk is always to be considered entirely borne by the customer. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the transport document. In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same delivery document (courier's delivery slip) by signing it subject to control. In case of lack of the reserve it will not be possible to proceed with the reinstatement of the material or compensation for damages. The calculation of shipping costs is carried out with reference to the weight of the products placed in the cart and the address entered at the time of checkout or registration.
The cost indicated in the cart, before entering the country and delivery address, is purely indicative and refers to the maximum shipping cost.
