Shipping, Deliveries and Quick Return Procedure

Below you will find all the information regarding the shipping of your orders and the procedures to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Shipping Your Package

Orders will be processed within 2 working days from confirmation. The goods will be shipped using the courier selected at the time of order. Even if shipped carriage paid with transport costs charged on the invoice, the goods always travel at the customer's own risk. Only upon explicit written request from the customer can the goods be insured, with the relative costs charged. In the event that the goods are shipped carriage forward, always upon written instruction from the customer, the risk is to be considered entirely at the customer's expense.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the transport document. In the event of discrepancy or evident damage to the packaging, this must be reported on the courier's delivery document by writing "Signed with reserve of control" (Firma con riserva di controllo). In the absence of this reserve, it will not be possible to proceed with the replacement of the material or compensation for damages.

Calculation of Shipping Costs

The calculation of shipping costs is carried out with reference to the weight of the products placed in the shopping cart and the address entered at the time of checkout or registration. The cost indicated in the shopping cart, before having entered the country and delivery address, is purely indicative and refers to the maximum shipping cost.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for shopping carts with an amount exceeding 30 Euros (excluding VAT). However, certain items such as lubricants, batteries, etc., are exempt from this promotion as they involve specific logistical and administrative costs and shipping procedures.

Right of Withdrawal and Quick Return (EU Directive 2023/2673)

Private Consumers (purchases without a VAT number) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. To facilitate this operation, we have set up a quick procedure.
