These terms govern the sale of products on raimsas.com between R.A.I.M. s.a.s. (“RAIM”) and the customer.

Consumer: a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, without giving a VAT number. In addition to these terms, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) applies to consumers and prevails over any less favourable clause.

Business: anyone buying in the course of their business, giving a VAT number. Farms requesting reduced VAT fall into this category.

By placing an order the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.

You can buy by creating an account or as a guest. In both cases the customer must provide true and complete details. The phone number is mandatory, because it is passed to the courier to arrange delivery or collection.

Account holders are responsible for keeping their password confidential and must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

Product descriptions, codes and features are based on information published by the manufacturers. Images are illustrative: colours and details may differ slightly from the actual product without changing its essential features. RAIM keeps information accurate and up to date and promptly corrects reported errors.

For spare parts, customers should check compatibility using the original part code or the machine's serial number and contact us before buying if in doubt.

Prices are in euros, VAT included, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart before the order is confirmed. The price published when the order is sent applies.

Reduced 10% VAT for agricultural use: for eligible products (for example lubricants), registered Italian farms can request the reduced rate. They must send the signed declaration from the website and be approved by RAIM. The standard rate applies until approval. The customer is responsible for the truth of the declaration.

In case of an obvious pricing error, such as a typo, RAIM informs the customer before shipping. The customer can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

1. Add products to the cart.
2. Enter or check your details and address. You can go back and correct them at any time.
3. Choose shipping and payment and check the summary with the total.
4. Press the order button, which involves an obligation to pay, and complete the payment.
5. You receive the confirmation email: from that moment the contract is made.

The order summary stays available under “My orders” in your account and in the confirmation email. The contract is concluded in Italian or English, as the customer chooses. RAIM may refuse an order only for justified reasons, for example a product no longer available. In that case it informs the customer and refunds the full amount immediately.

Payments are handled directly by the providers listed, on secure pages. RAIM does not receive or store full card details.

Klarna and Scalapay let you pay in instalments or later. Approval depends on the provider's assessment and is governed by its own terms. For RAIM the order is fully paid.

Preparation times, costs, free-shipping conditions and transport-risk rules are set out on the “Shipping and returns” page, which forms part of these terms. Deliveries to other European Union countries are made only on request and with a quote.

Unless otherwise agreed, RAIM delivers within 30 days of the contract. If it fails to do so, the consumer may set an additional period and then terminate the contract with a refund (art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code).

10.1 The right

Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and without penalty within 14 days of receiving the products (art. 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code).

10.2 How to withdraw

In the order details under “My orders”, press “Recedi dal contratto qui” (Withdraw from contract here) and then “Conferma recesso” (Confirm withdrawal). The button is available for 14 days after the order is marked as delivered. Guests use the order verification form. RAIM immediately sends an email receipt with the content, date and time of the request. Alternatively you can send the model form at the bottom of this page, or any clear statement, to raimkr@hotmail.it or to the certified email -.

10.3 Returning the products

The consumer sends the products to R.A.I.M. s.a.s., Via G. Laterza 39, 88900 Crotone (KR), Italy, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal request. The deadline is met if the products are shipped before it expires. If they are not shipped in time, the request lapses. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer.

10.4 Refund

RAIM refunds all payments received, including delivery costs up to the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of the withdrawal request, using the same payment method. RAIM may withhold the refund until it has received the products or the consumer has shown proof of shipping them (art. 56).

10.5 Condition of the products

The consumer is liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For example: part fitted, soiled with oil or grease, signs of use. In these cases RAIM may deduct a proportionate amount from the refund. Machines and equipment are registered by serial number before shipping: the returned product must have the same serial number, otherwise the return is rejected.

10.6 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised, nor to products that after delivery are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items (for example a lubricant already poured) (art. 59).

Withdrawal for change of mind is reserved for consumers. For customers with a VAT number, returns due to ordering errors are accepted only with RAIM's approval. Once approved, products must be shipped within 7 working days, intact, in their original packaging and without signs of use. Otherwise the return is cancelled.

For products ordered on request and not available from stock, returns are accepted only with the manufacturer's authorisation, with a restocking deduction of 10% to 30% of the product's value, according to what the manufacturer applies.

For everyone: the guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, improper use, normal wear or lack of maintenance. Keep your proof of purchase for assistance.

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and the rights that the law always grants consumers, RAIM is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, nor for damage caused by fitting or using parts in a way not compliant with the manufacturer's instructions.

RAIM may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published when the order is sent.
