Fitting tipsBefore refilling, clean the filler cap and the surrounding area on the chainsaw oil tank to prevent sawdust or debris from entering. Pour the lubricant into the designated chain oil reservoir up to the level recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Ensure that the oil passage and the guide bar lubrication port are clear of compacted chips and dirt. Run the saw briefly at moderate speed while pointing the bar tip toward a light background to confirm oil discharge and proper circuit operation.
