Fitting tipsSecure the valve body onto a flat and rigid mounting surface matching the hole dimensions to eliminate structural twisting of the cast housing. Connect hydraulic lines carefully: feed line to port P (G 1/2"), tank return line to port T (G 1/2"), and actuator circuits to ports A and B (G 3/8"). Ensure hydraulic oil filtration conforms to NAS 1638 class 10 standard and purge trapped air from all circuits by running initial cycles under low pressure. Always check the primary relief valve pressure setting with a pressure gauge before commissioning.
