Installation Advice & Workshop Notes: Before installation, thoroughly clean the bore housing and inspect the running shaft for burrs, scoring, or grooving (polish shaft or install a repair sleeve if worn). Pre-lubricate the sealing lip with clean system lubricant and pack the cavity between primary and auxiliary dust lips with grease to prevent dry start-up friction.
