Description

Faster NV, VV, and VVS 14 DN06 quick coupling seal kit - Part number 86002500

Replacement seal and O-ring kit for hydraulic quick release couplings series NV, VV, and VVS (size 14, DN 06), manufactured by Faster, commercial part number 86002500. Comprehensive set of precision O-rings and backup rings engineered to restore a flawless hydraulic seal in fluid couplings, eliminating fluid seepage and pressure drops under load. Crafted from high-grade technical elastomers specifically formulated to withstand continuous exposure to mineral oils, high-performance hydraulic fluids, high working pressures, and severe temperature fluctuations found in agricultural and industrial machinery. Engineered as a matching service kit for maintaining and overhauling Faster quick-release couplings (including matching part number 86001001). Directly replaces original equipment OEM reference Faster SK NV 14.

Key features

Hydraulic seal restorationPermanently eliminates fluid leaks and pressure losses in high-pressure hydraulic circuits.

High-grade technical elastomersSpecialized rubber compounds engineered to resist mechanical wear, aging, and chemical breakdown from hydraulic fluids.

Broad Faster series compatibilitySpecifically designed for overhauling NV, VV, and VVS quick couplings in nominal size DN 06 (1/4").

Matched applicationOfficial replacement service kit for maintaining quick couplings (compatible with Faster NV/VV/VVS lines, e.g., matching code 86001001).

Direct OE cross-referenceFully interchangeable with original equipment part number Faster SK NV 14.

Fitting tipsPrior to replacing seals with the Faster 86002500 service kit, ensure the hydraulic system is fully depressurized to prevent accidental discharge of high-pressure fluid. Remove the quick coupling from the line, carefully disassemble it on a clean workbench, and extract the old O-rings from their grooves without scratching the metal seating surfaces with sharp tools. Thoroughly clean the seal grooves using a lint-free cloth. Lightly lubricate the new kit O-rings with clean hydraulic oil prior to installation, ensuring they are not twisted or pinched during assembly. Reassemble the coupling and test for leaks under low pressure before resuming normal operational duties.
