Fitting tipsPrior to mounting the disc blade, thoroughly clean the contact face of the bearing hub, removing scale, rust, and soil buildup. Place the disc onto the hub flange ensuring the 130 mm center hole fits smoothly over the hub pilot shoulder to guarantee accurate rotational concentricity. Insert the four mounting bolts through the 13 mm holes and torque them evenly in a diagonal cross-pattern to the equipment manufacturer's specified rating. Spin the disc assembly manually to confirm smooth, unhindered rotation, and re-torque all hardware after the initial 5 to 10 hours of fieldwork.
