Fitting tipsBefore installing the OFAS 56155 notched disc blade, carefully inspect the bearing hub, bearings, and dust seals for wear or excessive play. Thoroughly clean the mounting flange face, removing all compacted dirt, rust, and debris. Position the disc over the 170 mm center pilot and align the 5 mounting holes (14 mm). Use high-tensile grade fasteners with appropriate washers and locknuts, tightening the bolts evenly in a cross pattern to the implement manufacturer's specified torque rating. Recheck bolt tightness after the initial hours of field operation.
