Eufreeze Concentrated Pure Coolant Antifreeze - Monoethylene Glycol
The Eufreeze concentrated pure protective antifreeze and engine coolant (package references PR001-312 and PR020-312 - product line COD. REUPR-312) is an advanced technical fluid formulated from high-purity concentrated monoethylene glycol (MEG), engineered to deliver superior thermal exchange and corrosion protection across petrol, diesel, and hybrid internal combustion engines. Designed to be diluted with demineralized water at customizable ratios according to required sub-zero freezing thresholds, it acts as a dual-season protective agent by offering extreme winter freeze defense and high-efficiency summer cooling. Its specialized chemical formulation is strictly free from Nitrites, Amines, and Phosphates (NAP Free), preventing galvanic corrosion, water pump impeller cavitation, and scale or sludge accumulation inside radiator tubes. Complying with extensive international standards and leading OEM specifications including CUNA NC 956-16, ASTM D 3306, Mercedes DBL 7700, VW TL-774 C, Iveco, Fiat, MAN, and BMW, it ensures long-term preservation of aluminum cylinder heads, cast iron blocks, brass couplings, and rubber coolant hoses.
Key Features and Construction Advantages
- Pure Concentrated Formulation: Delivers superior economic value and operational flexibility, allowing precise customization of dilution ratios based on regional climates.
- Eco-Responsible NAP-Free Chemistry: Formulated without nitrites, amines, or phosphates, minimizing environmental impact while ensuring long-term inhibitor chemical stability.
- Superior Thermal Exchange Performance: Rapidly carries heat away from the engine block to the radiator, increasing the boiling threshold and preventing thermal boil-over under heavy duty.
- Active Corrosion & Scale Defense: Forms a molecular barrier on all cooling system metals (aluminum, cast iron, copper, brass, steel), preventing rust, oxidation, and mineral encrustation.
- Complete Rubber & Seal Compatibility: Chemically neutral toward EPDM hoses, silicone gaskets, and plastic water housings, preventing hardening, shrinkage, and micro-leaks.

Operating Guidelines and Workshop Notes: As this is a pure concentrate, never add the fluid undiluted into the engine cooling system: always dilute strictly with demineralized or deionized water according to the reference table to ensure chemical balance and avoid limescale precipitation (never use regular tap water). Prior to a complete coolant change, thoroughly drain and flush the cooling circuit to purge traces of depleted fluids and sediments. Never open the radiator or expansion tank cap while the engine is hot or pressurized to avoid severe scalding hazards. Check coolant concentration and freeze point periodically using an optical refractometer with an ethylene glycol scale. Store containers tightly closed in a dry area out of reach of children and domestic pets.
