Eufreeze G12 Pure Concentrated Coolant for Aluminum - REUPR-314
The Eufreeze G12 pure concentrated protective antifreeze and engine coolant (package references PR001-314 and PR020-314 - product line COD. REUPR-314) is an advanced organic acid technology (OAT) fluid engineered to deliver exceptional thermal protection across modern cooling systems, with specialized performance in engines constructed with aluminum and light-alloy components. Designed to be used exclusively when diluted with demineralized water according to targeted sub-zero requirements, it delivers up to 5 years of continuous total protection, preserving vehicle power and thermal efficiency over time. Its specialized chemical formulation is strictly free from silicates, nitrites, amines, and phosphates (NAP Free), preventing mineral scaling, radiator clogging, and high-temperature electrochemical corrosion. Fully compliant with international testing standards and approved against VW / Audi / Seat / Skoda TL-774 D/F (G12 / G12+) specifications, it ensures total compatibility with synthetic gaskets, hoses, and cooling plastics.
Key Features and Construction Advantages
- 5-Year Certified Long-Life Protection: Advanced organic corrosion inhibitors do not rapidly deplete, ensuring prolonged service intervals and lasting reliability for up to 5 full years.
- Engineered for Aluminum Systems: Specifically developed to prevent galvanic corrosion, hot spot overheating, and pitting across aluminum cylinder heads and radiator cores.
- High-Yield Pure Concentrated Formulation: Offers maximum economic efficiency, allowing operators to blend custom concentrations tailored to specific regional climates.
- Silicate-Free and NAP-Free Organic Chemistry: Eliminates abrasive gel formation and mineral precipitation, ensuring clean coolant galleries and maximum thermal transfer rates.
- Total Rubber and Plastic Neutrality: Fully compatible with rubber EPDM hoses, plastic radiator tanks, and water pump mechanical seals, preventing shrinkage, hardening, and leaks.

Operating Guidelines and Workshop Notes: As this is a pure concentrated formulation, never pour the fluid undiluted into the cooling system: always dilute exclusively with demineralized or deionized water according to the dilution reference table, avoiding tap water to prevent scale deposits and chemical degradation of inhibitors. Before performing a full coolant replacement or switching from an older inorganic coolant to this organic G12 fluid, completely drain and thoroughly flush the cooling circuit with demineralized water. Never open the radiator or expansion tank cap while the engine is hot or pressurized to prevent severe scalding hazards. Routinely check coolant concentration and freeze point when cold using an optical refractometer with an ethylene glycol scale. Store containers tightly sealed in their original packaging, kept away from direct sunlight, children, and domestic pets.
