Operating Guidelines and Workshop Notes: This coolant is strictly ready-to-use and must not be diluted with water or mixed with external additives; pour directly into the expansion tank or radiator as supplied. When performing a full system refill or transitioning from an older mineral/inorganic coolant to this organic G12 fluid, completely drain and thoroughly flush the cooling circuit with demineralized water to prevent chemical incompatibilities between different inhibitor packages. Never remove the pressure cap while the engine is hot or pressurized to avoid severe scalding injuries. Routinely verify cold coolant levels to ensure the fluid line sits squarely between the minimum and maximum reservoir marks.
