GRANIT OE-Grade AdBlue® Supply & Dosing Unit (SCR Pump Module) for Case IH, New Holland & Steyr Tractors - Part Number: 380170009
The GRANIT AdBlue® (DEF) supply and dosing pump unit (part number 380170009, original CNH OEM reference 5802434696) is a high-precision electro-hydraulic metering component engineered to deliver consistent and demand-responsive urea dosing for common rail diesel engines. Built specifically for modern Stage V agricultural equipment fitted with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) exhaust aftertreatment systems, it accurately pressurizes and meters the DEF fluid in response to real-time engine load, exhaust gas temperature, and operating speed. Rigorously bench-tested through intensive long-term endurance trials prior to market release, this GRANIT supply unit delivers certified OE-level quality, ensuring seamless mechanical and electronic compatibility across Case IH Maxxum, New Holland T6, and Steyr Profi / Profi CVT tractor ranges.
Key Features & Engineering Advantages
- Proven OE-Grade Durability (GRANIT Tested): Validated through rigorous endurance testing under extreme operating cycles; engineered to resist the corrosive effects of urea solutions and prevent premature pump failure.
- Precise Load-Dependent Metering: Delivers continuous, accurately modulated AdBlue® flow to the SCR catalytic converter, ensuring full compliance with emission limits while preventing crystallization blockages in the exhaust tract.
- Corrosion-Resistant Polymer & Sealing Matrix: Internal diaphragms, valves, and quick-connect couplers are made from premium elastomers immune to chemical degradation caused by AUS 32 DEF fluid.
- Seamless ECU/DCU Integration: Factory-calibrated electronic interface communicates directly with CNH onboard engine control units via CAN-bus, avoiding communication faults, fault codes, or torque derating.
- Direct Drop-In OEM Replacement: Replaces original CNH part number 5802434696 across Case IH, New Holland, and Steyr fleets, standardizing shop inventory and minimizing maintenance downtime.

Installation Advice, Maintenance & Workshop Notes: To preserve the dosing unit's service life, operate the system strictly with ISO 22241 certified, clean AdBlue®; the AdBlue® filter cartridge must be replaced regularly according to the manufacturer's maintenance intervals. Prior to removal, always allow the SCR after-run purge cycle to finish completely (approximately 2 minutes after key-off) to depressurize the delivery lines, then disconnect the tractor battery. Maintain strict cleanliness during assembly, as tiny contaminants can cause internal dosing valve seizure. Once installed and reconnected, prime the fluid circuit and clear any residual diagnostic trouble codes using an authorized electronic diagnostic tool.
