AdBlue® Dosing Injection Unit DM 2.5 (12 kg/h Flow Rate) SCR Dispenser Module for Case IH, New Holland & Steyr Tractors - Part Number: 380170013
The AdBlue® (DEF) dosing injection unit (SCR injector nozzle module) (part number 380170013, original CNH OEM references I47506948, 47506948) is a high-precision electro-hydraulic dosing component built to the DM 2.5 specification with a rated capacity of 12 kg/h (12KG/HR). Engineered for high-efficiency common rail diesel engines meeting strict Stage V emissions regulations, it atomizes and sprays the aqueous urea reduction agent directly into the hot exhaust gas stream ahead of the SCR catalyst. Modulated dynamically by the engine control unit in response to operating load, temperature, and RPM, it ensures optimal NOx reduction while eliminating unevaporated deposits and urea crystallization. It provides an exact direct replacement across Case IH Maxxum, New Holland T6, and Steyr Profi / Profi CVT tractor models.
Key Features & Engineering Advantages
- High-Capacity DM 2.5 Standard (12 kg/h): Engineered to support high-power 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder agricultural engines, maintaining continuous, high-flow precision metering up to 12 kg/h under heavy field draft conditions.
- Precision Exhaust Plume Atomization: Specialized nozzle design delivers an ultra-fine spray mist into hot exhaust gas, maximizing rapid thermolysis and hydrolysis into ammonia (NH3) without wall wetting or crystallization buildup.
- Extreme Thermal & Chemical Resistance: Fabricated using high-grade stainless alloys and heat-stabilized technical polymers to withstand elevated exhaust-gas temperatures and the aggressive corrosive properties of AUS 32 DEF fluid.
- Fast-Acting Solenoid Response: Millisecond-level valve response accurately tracks ECU/DCU demand signals, maintaining strict compliance with Stage V emissions standards while optimizing AdBlue® consumption.
- Direct CNH OEM Replacement: Fully interchangeable with factory part numbers I47506948 and 47506948, utilizing identical mounting flange geometry, electrical sockets, and quick-connect hydraulic ports.

Installation Advice, Maintenance & Workshop Notes: Always use clean, filtered, ISO 22241 compliant AdBlue® to avoid clogging the unit's micro-nozzle orifices. Allow the automatic back-purge evacuation cycle to run to completion after turning off the tractor key before disconnecting lines, and disconnect the battery prior to servicing. Always fit a new exhaust sealing gasket/washer during installation to prevent hot exhaust gas leaks. Torque mounting fasteners to specified values and verify line connections for positive engagement. After installation, perform an injector actuation test and clear error history using an authorized CNH diagnostic tool.
