Installation Advice & Workshop Notes: Before installation, confirm the extended tray dimensions (514x175x210 mm) and check Layout 3 terminal polarity alignment. Switch off the equipment ignition and open the main master battery isolator; disconnect the negative ground cable (-) first, followed by the positive cable (+). Clean the mounting tray of dirt, chaff, and debris, seat the battery into the tray engaging the B03 base ledges, and secure the hold-down bracket firmly to ensure proper Class V3 vibration dampening. Reconnect standard Type 1 posts by attaching the positive terminal (+) first and the negative terminal (-) last; avoid overtightening terminal nuts and apply a thin layer of technical petroleum jelly or dielectric grease to prevent terminal corrosion. During seasonal machine storage, open the master disconnect switch or connect to an intelligent 12V maintenance trickle charger.
