Fitting tipsMinimum Pressure Operational Threshold: Because this is a pilot-operated high-pressure assembly, the system manifold must maintain a minimum fluid backpressure of 3 bar to allow the internal diaphragm to lift and execute a full open stroke. Do not deploy this unit in gravity-fed lines or low-pressure networks dropping below the stated metric.
Harness and 27W Coil Wiring: Align the valve body according to the directional arrow stamped on the brass chassis. Connect the 27W high-capacity electromagnet using a matching wire gauge configuration and mount a dedicated terminal fuse inline at the tractor control console panel to handle continuous amp loads securely.
Viton Care and Line Flushing: Although the moving Viton internals are optimized for compound chemical exposure, it is highly recommended to run a clear-water flushing loop at the close of every field treatment block. This prevents sediment accumulation or scale binding on the plunger faces inside the Stainless Steel internal guide housing.
