This premium brass pipe clamp bracket (interchangeable with OEM part number 004215) is a heavy-duty saddle clamp designed for mounting and feeding nozzle holders onto 1/2" stainless steel spray boom lines (matching a 20 mm outer tube diameter). Manufactured from forged brass to withstand the intense working pressures of air-blast orchard sprayers, this clamp is supplied complete with a sealing rubber gasket. It features a 1/4" Female threaded outlet for jet integration and requires a 7 mm diameter (d) pre-drilled intake hole on the pipe.

Fitting tipsRail Drilling and Deburring: Drill a clean index hole on the 1/2" Stainless Steel tubing at the designated nozzle location. Thoroughly deburr the edge parameters to prevent raw metal shavings from scoring or tearing the sealing washer during assembly.
Mechanical Coupling and Torque: Seat the included rubber washer into the brass saddle nest, align the 7 mm delivery nipple with the drilled intake hole on the pipe, and close the clamp hardware. Tighten evenly to achieve uniform rubber compression without over-stressing the 1/4" female threads.
Leak Inspection and Winterization: During routine sprayer maintenance washing, check for structural weepage around the 20 mm collar base. The forged brass structure resists winter frost cracking, but it is highly recommended to purge all liquid loops before prolonged freezing storage blocks.
