Featuring 41 mm diameter caps, this cross is built to safely transfer extremely high torque levels. The structure is made from hot-forged alloy steel and treated with deep case-hardening processes, ensuring exceptional resistance to fatigue and mechanical shock. High-capacity needle roller bearings ensure balanced, friction-free rotation even under maximum load, while the multilayer sealing system prevents the entry of water, mud, and abrasive debris. With a width of 108 mm, it fits large-scale yokes perfectly, ensuring operational stability and reducing wear on connected components. Regular lubrication every 20 hours via the dedicated grease nipple is required to maintain the component's efficiency.
