Design Details and Functionality
This hydraulic top link comes fully equipped with a standard dual-pilot check safety valve threaded to 3/8". The check valve provides a robust mechanical locking force, sealing fluid within the cylinder chambers to maintain the structural rod configuration even under sudden line pressure drops or hydraulic hose ruptures, shielding suspended implements from accidental dropping. The hardware layout features a symmetrical Category 2 configuration, with standard spherical knuckle joint swiveling ball eyes on both the cylinder base side (tractor linkage) and the rod end side (implement linkage), each machined with a 25.4 mm pin bore hole. The combination of a 60 mm cylinder bore diameter, a high-tensile 30 mm micro-polished chrome rod, and a 138 mm stroke provides excellent mechanical reliability along with fast hydraulic response, making this link ideal for compact agricultural implements working in narrow rows or sloped terrains.
